What is aftercare?

Here at Teeth by Teki we do our best to listen to patient feedback, as well as constantly come up with new ways to improve the care we provide. An area we have been working to improve is the aftercare experience. Now you have your dream teeth, we understand you want to maintain them and keep them looking fresh! 

With our new aftercare service, you can subscribe for ongoing care, products and maintenance. Even better you can pick the package that suits you best.

Please note

Our aftercare subscription is available to all of our existing patients, new patients are welcome to sign up as soon as they commence treatment with us.

 

The minimum subscription period is for one year from the day you sign up, within this year you need to have booked and attended the 2 hygiene appointments included within the yearly subscription, these cannot be carried over.


 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

  • You must continue to see your local/usual dentist for all general check ups and to maintain the health of your teeth, our aftercare+ package is to maintain the aesthetics of your teeth only!

 

  • If you do not have whitening trays or a sufficient retainer to whiten your teeth, you will need to have these made with us before we can provide you with the whitening gels. 

 

  • If you have your own whitening trays not made by us, we will need to check the fit of these prior to providing you with whitening gel.

 

  • Whitening and scan boxes are given at your first hygiene appointment after you sign up.

 

  • The cancellation and failure to attend policy still applies to aftercare+ appointments. 

 

  • For aftercare premier patients, the subscription boxes are sent out quarterly and the contents of the box varies each time. 

 

  • Appointments can be booked via the patient portal under the aftercare+ option.
